PA Avital Yagudaev was the site evaluator for my surgery rotation at St. Francis Hospital. During both evaluations, I presented an H&P, pharm cards and a relevant article, after which, Avital would give me constructive advice regarding my performance and how I can improve.  Although we took the time to talk about my experience throughout the surgical rotation, what I found most useful was the assistance she gave me in regard to the PANCE. Avital recognized that it was my last rotation, and although I was giving it my all, my focus was already centered around the PANCE. She provided me with helpful techniques in regard to study methods and which resources would be most helpful. Additionally, Avital gave me advise as to how to get the most out of my last rotation, which I found myself applying as I completed the last several weeks of my time at St. Frances.
